Rich in Aviation History - Join enthusiasts from all over Australia, to visit TEMORA. It was the site of the biggest and longest-lasting RAAF training school during WWII. It is now the home of The Temora Aviation Museum.
A Rare Collection - This is probably the greatest collection of flying aircraft you will ever see - 2 Supermarine Spitfires, Gloster meteor, Canberra bomber, DH Vampire, Dragonfly and Wirraway to mention a few. Close up view of Aircraft - After the show the aircraft are assembled for public viewing, get a chance to speak directly to the pilots.
The Museum - Displaying Aircraft of historical significance to Australia it has also devoted displays to the pilots who have risked there lives flying in the defence of our country.
Discovery Air Tours operates its classic DC-3 to Temora only on flying days or by special charter. The flight will depart Bankstown Airport at approximately 8:30am and return by 5:00pm, allowing for a full day at the museum and airshow.
